Hi, I’m Steve. My career began in the late
1980s with Pollards of London. Starting
out as an Apprentice in Architectural Metalwork, over a period of 18 years I was
provided with an opportunity to work in all departments. During these years I developed my knowledge,
learnings and hands-on practical skills in all areas relating to manufacture,
design and setting out, research and development for new products, site
surveying and site installation.
I studied and qualified in Mechanical
Engineering and Building Studies in the 1990s.
In 2007 after studying 'The Knowledge' in my spare time, I left the industry to become a Licensed All London Taxi driver.
I've now gone full circle and have recently set up
a freelance AutoCAD draughting service to manufacturing, design and
installation companies in both Ireland and the UK.
